Answers before you ask
Do I need WhatsApp API approval to start?
No. Start on the free trial with our sandbox, or connect your existing WhatsApp Business App instantly. When you're ready, we apply for the Cloud API on your behalf — approval typically takes under 30 minutes for registered businesses.
Can I keep my current WhatsApp number?
Yes. You can migrate your existing number to the Cloud API without losing the chat history on your phone, or run a new number alongside it. We handle the OTP-based migration with you on a screen-share if you want.
What do WhatsApp conversations cost?
Meta charges per 24-hour conversation window — currently around ₹0.78 for utility and ₹0.88 for marketing conversations in India. ChatShree passes these through at cost from your wallet, with no markup and a live usage report.
What happens when my 14-day trial ends?
Your workspace switches to read-only — nothing is deleted. Pick a plan to continue, or export your contacts and conversations any time. We don't auto-charge because we don't take a card up front.
Is my data isolated from other companies?
Yes. Every workspace is logically isolated with tenant-scoped keys, and reseller client workspaces are isolated from each other and from the reseller. Data is stored in-region and encrypted at rest and in transit.
Can I really white-label it as my own product?
Fully. Your logo, colours, domain and invoices — customers never see the ChatShree name. You define plans and prices; the wallet system tracks your cost versus your billing so margin is always visible.
Do you have an API?
A full REST API plus outbound webhooks: send messages, manage contacts and deals, trigger flows, read analytics. Everything the dashboard does, the API can do — the dashboard is built on it.
